2. Matching the Boat’s Hull Profile
Generic trailers don’t always support CNC Marine hulls properly. Our trailer designs are based on specific boat models, so the keel, chine width, and load points align correctly.
3. No Jig Table? No Problem
Using offcuts, trestles, and a bit of smart setup, you can square and level the trailer in a standard shed.
4. Suspension Confusion
Springs, axle position, ride height — it’s a bit of a black box if you’re new to trailers. Our kits come with recommended specs and assembly support to make setup easier.
5. Wiring the Trailer Properly
From routing the loom through sealed RHS to heat-shrinking every join — it’s easy to miss a step. The wiring method we show in the course is tailored for waterproof, marine-safe installations.
6. Getting the Axle and Drawbar Aligned
If your drawbar or axle is off, the trailer won’t track straight. We provide measuring guidelines and tips to ensure balance and straight-line towing.
